Leadership Experience

When my manager at CORE Architecture tasked me with identifying an inefficiency within our department and proposing a solution, I was excited at the opportunity to problem solve. During my time on the marketing team, a repeating problem was that our data collection process for marketing materials was indirect and unorganized. Parts of the project information was being stored in four different places.

As I began organizing the information we needed to make proposals, get project photography, and put together digital marketing materials, I found that the company's administrative team needed to collect overlapping project information that was stored in additional two places. I combined all the information into an Airtable databases and added forms for Project Managers to fill out at the different points of the project lifecycle.

When a new form entry was submitted, the relevant admin or marketing team member was notified, which helped improve the effectiveness of the forms themselves as this was another element that hadn't been included in the previously processes.
